Product Questions
What is an opal?
Opal is a hydrated amorphous silica, famous for its unique play-of-color effect. When light hits an opal, it produces beautiful rainbow-like flashes. Each opal is unique with its own distinctive colors and patterns. Australia is the primary source of the world's finest opals.
Where do your opals come from?
All our opals come from Australia, the world's most renowned opal source. We work directly with trusted local miners and suppliers to ensure the authenticity and quality of each gemstone. We are committed to using ethically sourced stones and supporting sustainable development in local communities.
Is each piece unique?
Yes! Due to the natural characteristics of opals, each gemstone has unique colors and patterns, making every piece of jewelry one-of-a-kind in the world. Even pieces with the same design will have different opals, giving each work its own personality and story.

Care & Maintenance
How should I care for my opal jewelry?
Opals require special care. Avoid exposing opals to chemicals, perfumes, cleaners, etc. When not wearing, store jewelry in a soft pouch away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures. For cleaning, simply wipe gently with a soft damp cloth. Regular wearing is actually beneficial for opals as they need moisture.
Will opals fade over time?
Properly cared for opals can maintain their beauty for decades or even centuries. However, if opals are kept in extremely dry conditions for extended periods, they may develop cracks. This is why we recommend wearing your opal jewelry regularly and avoiding storing it in very dry places for long periods. If you live in a very dry climate, occasionally wiping your opal with a damp cloth can help maintain its moisture.
